Robert Knepper is an American actor. His roles include the series Prison Break, Heroes, iZombie, and Twin Peaks, and the films Dean Koontz’s Phantoms, Hitman (2007), Transporter 3, R.I.P.D., Ride, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, and Jack Reacher: Never Go Back.

He was raised partly in Maumee, Ohio. His father was a veterinarian. Robert is married to Nadine Kary. He has a son with his former wife Tory Herald.
