'This is beautiful' - Fans overjoyed as Jermell Charlo emotionally reunites with estranged twin brot
Jermall Charlo and Jermell Charlo put their differences aside and emotionally reunited on Saturday night.
Ahead of Jermell's fight against Canelo Alvarez, Jermall visited his estranged twin brother backstage and the pair embraced, despite the rift between them in recent months.
This year their relationship has deteriorated.
Jermall has been out of the ring for over two years as he battles with personal issues and mental health concerns.
During this time, he has clashed with his brother and their wives have even been seen fighting in public, though many of the specific details of the rift understandably remain private.
"This family affair thing has been really crazy," Jermell told reporters on Wednesday, "I try not to touch on that topic too much because at the end of the day I love my brother.

"At this current moment we don't see eye-to-eye.
"It has a lot to do with what he wants in his life and what I want in mine. It's two completely different things.
"So one day hopefully we speak again, but right now I'm just not in a moment or a mood to wanna deal with that havoc that he brings and all of that kind of stuff.
"But I'm an animal for my brother too, I rock with him.

"If he's not here for fight night, it's okay. He can't fight for me anyway so it don't hurt my feelings.
"Whatever it is, it is."
Jermell continued: "Hopefully he gets ready to get back in the ring.
"Because it seems like I've been fighting the most and I've been putting on for the Charlos.
"That kinda stems to the issue - I did this for us, I did this for Lions Only. I don't want nobody attacking the brand and bringing us down.
"I feel like we have had a bunch of hiccups on his end that have tarnished our character and our name a little bit.
"But I'll be the one that brings it back up and continues to do it for us.
"I love my brother and I want the best for him and I wanna see him continue to be the world champion that he is."
Jermall did indeed show up at the weigh-in on Friday and told reporters: "I'mma always be there for my brother man, no matter what the internet or social media is trying to make things out to be.
"I'm feeling better, I'm in a better space, I've got better people around me."
He initially kept his distance, but reunited with Jermell on fight night by visiting him in his dressing room before the Canelo fight.
Fans were overjoyed as one said: "Love to see it man, not worth beefing family."
